Within SecureChain–SeaDefense, he contributes to the development of strategic direction, leadership development initiatives, organizational capacity-building programs, resilience planning, and executive-level advisory services.

Over the past decade, through the SecureChain–SeaDefense partnership developed in collaboration with Dr. Michael D. Krause, Mr. Atik has led the development and implementation of strategic security and operational resilience initiatives involving critical infrastructure protection, logistics security, border security, pipeline security, advanced access control systems, and operational security solutions. These efforts have contributed to strengthening the security capabilities of government institutions, critical infrastructure operators, and private-sector organizations across multiple regions, particularly in the Middle East. The initiatives have supported the reduction of operational risks and the advancement of institutional resilience programs in complex operating environments.
